Open the Steam Main Window
Navigate the Top Left Toolbar:
View > Servers
In the new Servers Window:
Click "ADD A SERVER on the bottom right
In the new "Add Server - Servers" Window:
Enter: "jatt.zyns.com"'
Click "FIND GAMES AT THIS ADDRESS...
An Ark Server should be added
Load up Ark and play on the server!
